How it works
Index ingests state voter files on a rolling schedule, runs each record through a multi-step hygiene pipeline, and stores the result with full provenance. When a new file arrives, records are matched against the existing file using deterministic identifiers, updated where they have changed, and flagged where they conflict.
The result is a single, clean voter file that your team queries directly. Segments built in Index flow into Vector for ad delivery and Courier for email without re-uploading lists or reconciling identifiers across vendors.
